Airlines require all of the information on this form to be completed. It is your responsibility as a client to ensure that your airline has your passport information. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all passports are in date and have a sufficient amount of time left on them to travel and all VISAs have been submitted and approved before travel.

Please ensure you have to hand your TUI booking reference, which can be found on your TUI invoice, along with your date of departure & lead passenger surname to enable you to complete this process.
Please ensure you have to hand your Easy Jet booking reference and lead passengers first name & surname. You must select ‘No, someone else made the booking’ to be able to access your reservation.
