Price Promise – Terms and Conditions

  • Whenever you book with Holiday with Us through our website we want to make sure you get the very best deal possible. To make sure of this, we now offer a Price Match when you make a flight and hotel booking together.
  • The Price Match is simple. We are so confident our staff find you the lowest price on the high street, if you find a cheaper price, on the same day as you made your purchase through us, we’ll speak to your suppliers and negotiate a discount of the difference as we aim not to be beaten on price.
  • The Price Match applies to high street travel agents and selected online companies that have the identical (i.e. party size, dates, duration, flight times, flight numbers, in flight extras, hotel, room type, number of rooms and board basis) product immediately available all on that day, and the service is priced accurately.
  • The holiday you are asking to Price Match must be from a legitimate ABTA and/or ATOL bonded agent, available to book immediately and we have written proof, including any handling charges, booking fees, credit card fees and such like.
  • The holiday you are asking to Price Match cannot include in its price any money off coupons, promotional vouchers or offers or bulk-buy discounts.
  • Please note that the Price Match Promise relates to the total overall price.
  • The holiday you are asking to Price Match must be in pounds sterling.
  • The Price Match Promise does not apply to hotel only or flight only bookings.
  • The Price Match Promise does not apply to Tour Operator Package Holiday bookings such as Thomson Holidays
  • The Price Match Promise does not apply to any Low Deposit Scheme we operate.
  • Please note we cannot accept responsibility where you have failed to send us the information requested in the format required or where a URL from the site you are asking to Price Match is no longer active, as it prevents us from viewing the comparison holiday. Should this mean that we are unable to view a Price Match request from you on the day of purchase we will not be obliged to match the price for a booking if you later send a working URL or complete screen shot.
  • We will review the details of your Price Match request with your suppliers and reply to you via email within 7 working days. If we are unable to discount the booking we will refund you via. the same method that you paid.
  • Please note: Holiday With Us act as an agent providing a service and prices between you and various third party suppliers of travel products (e.g. flight, hotel or transfer). For flights we act as your agent in processing your booking with the airline; we are not the airline’s agent. Each product you choose has its own price independent of other products booked at the same time and creates a separate contract between you and the supplier of that product.
