We’re offering even more flexibility if your holiday is affected by the government traffic light system this summer. Holidays with selected suppliers can be changed, fee free up to 24 hours before travel, if your holiday destination is put on the amber list in the run up to your holiday. Or if your destination is added to a red list, we will, in addition to offering fee free changes, cancel your holiday no later than seven days before travel and you will receive a full refund. On top of this, we'll cancel selected holidays where there is a known quarantine requirement in destination, or where there is a hotel quarantine requirement when returning home to the UK. These terms apply to selected holidays only.

All you need to do is set up a monthly standing order with us or agree to being contacted by our travel consultants each month to collect payment via card. We will confirm at the time of booking what your monthly instalments will be.

If you’ve changed your mind about your booked holiday and would like to cancel for reasons not outlined in our COVID related terms, we will cancel your holiday free of charge when booked with selected suppliers only*, providing you cancel before your balance due date. We will then issue you a credit note for your deposit paid which can be used on a future Holiday With Us booking. If you have paid more than the deposit amount then the difference will be refunded to you.
