Hi Suzy, I just wanted to say Thank you to you and Lisa Robbins who set up our holiday to Florence. The accommodation was fantastic; the hotel was very central and breakfast had views to die for. The transfers to and from the airport went without a hitch and the travel company used a top notch Mercedes.
