Tunisia Is Doing Everything in its power to bring back the UK tourism…

Breaking news as Tunisia reveals deployment of specialist security terms:   The British Embassy in Tunisia has announced a major project that is currently being delivered by UK company Aktis Ltd. This project will make security standards improve and become more effective and efficient on key security threats.   Speaking at the World Travel Market in November, Tunisia’s Director of Tourism Abdellatif Hamam said both UK and Tunisia are working “Hand in Hand” to bolster security after the terrorists attacks in Sousse.  The aim is to bring Tunisia tourism back in the future and to ensure that all travellers are safe and protected with the assurance that the UK has had an influence on the training of their Security. Strict requirements will be put in place for all tourist establishments,  the exact details of what these are to be confirmed but the government.  The government have confirmed they will be introducing these new requirements with the help of international specialist including German experts.

This is a move in the right direction for Tunisia as they are lost without the support of the UK tourism, it was sad to see that Tunisia was at its peak before this evil people attacked, reaching 17% up UK arrivals V 2014.  The current situation there is very different, with 400,000 Tunisians out of work and over 70 hotels now closed. They completely understand the importance of getting their country back to normal and ensuring that all their tourism is safe, they are looking forward to these new security measurements to help work towards this ultimate goal.
